Return and Exchange Policy 

 

If you experience any issues with your order please know that we are always here to help you at All is Belle! Read about our Return and Exchange policies below.

We cover costs for Domestic returns within the UK and provide a returns portal for this for our customers. Please note that International returns are the responsibility of the customer and you can find our return address at the bottom of this page. Make sure to message us on info@allisbelleclo.com with your return request before you ship your package back to us. 

 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. For domestic returns we have a Return portal to submit your returnable items through, copy and paste this link into your browser to open it:

2. You will need to type your order number in from your order confirmation email, and the postcode where the item was shipped to, and you will then be able to access your return label.

3. Print your label and take the package to your nearest Evri drop-off point.

4. We cover the return cost so you just need to send the parcel back and wait for the process of your return. 

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.

 

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at  info@allisbelleclo.com or call +44 7539282756 between 10-2 on weekdays within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. After investigating the issue we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
